Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat.
A Gujarati thali consist of Kadhi, dal, shaak , aamras, rice and rotli. Few snacks like dhokla, muthiya, handva and khakra are very famous.

Folk dances of Gujarat include famous dance forms like Garba, Dandiya, Bhavai,etc.
Gujarat is renowned for its beaches, temple towns and historic capitals. Wildlife sanctuaries, hill resorts etc are gifts of Gujarat.
Normally, the Gujarat weather is divided into four major seasons:

·The autumn season
There are 17 rivers in Gujarat mainland, 71 in Saurashtra and 97 in Kutch region. Narmada is the main river of Gujarat.
The main crops grown in the state are paddy, coconut, pepper, cashew, cassava, and plantation crops like rubber.
